Here's a little about me..

Working as an occupational therapist in the acute hospital setting allowed me to witness firsthand how many diabetic patients were not receiving the thorough, personalized care they truly needed. So, I felt called to search for answers on my own. 

I became a certified health coach and specialize in reversing the root causes of pre-diabetes and insulin resistance. My knowledge includes a deep understanding of metabolic dysfunction and the mechanisms that lead to uncontrolled blood glucose levels. I also have expert knowledge in knowing how to reverse these symptoms through implementing simple yet sustainable lifestyle changes. 

My approach is rooted in client-centered care. I take the time to truly understand your unique needs, preferences, and values so we can work together to create a path to lasting wellness—one that feels supportive, personalized, and empowering.

What is the process for booking a coaching session?

Fill out a form with your name and contact information and book a discovery call with me. If we are a good fit to work together, we will discuss coaching packages and determine which one is right for you and your goals.

What is the cost of coaching?

Pricing may vary based off of the individual and length of time determined to reach your personal goals. Coaching packages include/reccomend 30, 60, and 90 days.
